Water and sanitation
Many people in South Sudan, especially at Gogrial county in (Warrap state), do not have access to clean drinking water. Only 40% of the population has access to safe drinking water, and it is estimated that only 30% practice good hygiene and sanitation, needlessly putting millions of people’s lives in danger. The implementation of these policy outcomes is to ensure the increased welfare and life expectancy of community members. These will reducing the incidence of water-borne diseases such as diarrhoea and cholera and the community have access to safe drinking water .
